The 2011 Inniskillin Niagara Estate Collection Riesling has appealing aromas of yellow apple, subtle minerality and some floral notes. It is a light bodied, off-dry wine, has somewhat acidic side and a medium finish. My impression: NICE, 86-87 pts – great value for under $13. Tasted April/13 at WineAlign Cru tasting.
