If you are looking for a cheap and very cheerful red with oodles of fruit, look no farther. This 100% monastrell (mourvedre) blooms with blackberry fruit nicely framed by oak mocha, spice and a touch of earthiness. It's actually mindful of an Australian red if not as thick.
