Reminiscent of the Mosel style, this is quite expressive with pear, apple, citrus zest, clay and river stones. Juicy, softly textured and brilliantly fresh, with a good kick of mid-palate acidity and a lingering, lip-smacking finish. A lovely Riesling at a great price. This will make a versatile food wine to savour with lake fish, roast turkey breast or pork chops. (VINTAGES panel, Dec. 2012)

A really gnarly, exciting, slightly funky riesling with old world appeal. Loads of charm here, character, complexity...

This is a new, serious winery in Lake Erie North Shore. I really like the brightness and ultra-refreshing acid-sugar...
