Honey, peach, dried apricot, along with notes of pomegranate, wild dried herbs and lemon custard adorn the palate of this delicious nectar. A great intensity of minerality boosts the natural acidity and produces a terrific counterweight to the sweetness. Far from cloying, the wine finishes just as tart as it does sweet.
