Consumed Oct 16, 2020 at 25 years of age. Can’t even remember clearly when purchased, but well over 10 years ago. Amazingly, still life in it yet! Rich golden colour, with light bubbles at this stage but far from flat. Somewhat reductive nose, but loads of dried apple and apricot as well. Medium bodied, scintillating and super smooth across the palate. Wonderful.
