Drinking well, great acidity and mineral flavours, starting to fade a touch and pick up the mushroom notes of old champagne

Last bottle...still as great as the first and great to know that 10 yrs in the bottle did nothing to the flavour or crispness, only noticeable difference is a slight colour change moving to a darker hue
