Ripe peach, McIntosh apple, apricot jam and minerals are front and centre in this attractive Riesling. Quite delicious, this off-dry wine displays tons of fruit supported by racy acidity. A great first impression of the fine 2011 vintage in Germany. Cellar it 4-6 years, or enjoy tonight with Thai green papaya salad and chicken skewers. (VINTAGES panel, March 2012)

Apricots, apples, and minerals on the nose. Approaching semi-sweet on the palate with a healthy dose of acid to keep it balanced. Will improve over the next 3 years.
