Asian, strong cheeses, spicy foie gras, mango chutney;
turkey dinner, lightly spiced pork;
Tasting Note: Classic Gewurz character on the nose, with lychee, spice and rose-petal aromas clearly defined, along with a touch of baked apple. The palate is off-dry and quite rich, and is a delicious continuation of the nose.
