This Aussie cab/merlot blend is rather green and bitter tasting initially, but it transforms nicely into something significantly more refined after an hour in the glass. Expect a juicy fruit forward style; a modern effort with pronounced sweetness and hints of oak influence; a touch overpriced i'm sure, but give it a chance before you pour it down the drain.
