This 2007 Minervois is very pretty, with plum, cassis, oak and lifted floral aromas. The palate is dry and round with more cassis and floral elements, plus an oaky mid-palate. Very tasty. Perfect with a nice beef stew on a cool Fall evening. (VINTAGES panel, April 2011)
