Another purchase from the US (this time from Markeview Liquors in Rochester). My second tasting of this red, this time showing a bit more astringent than the first time. Plenty of ripe blackberry fruit, local herbs and meat. but finishing a bit rough and astringent. First time I rated this 90pts, this time only 86, so I'll average the two and call it 88. I think some bottle variation, but at $11, a steal either way. Tasted Sept 2011.
