The 2008 Chardonnay was barrel-fermented and spent 6 months in French oak with lees contact. Light gold-colored, it delivers a perfume of toast, mineral, baking spices, pear, and hazelnuts. Medium-bodied and elegant on the palate, it has a creamy texture, excellent depth, and an acid structure that should promote several years of positive evolution.
