The 2007 certainly looks to be a beauty. Deep plum/ruby to the edge, with a sweet kirsch liqueur-scented nose intermixed with some sandy, loamy soil notes and a bit of pepper and spice, this wine has impeccable purity, texture, and depth in a full-bodied, rather traditionally made style.
