A very good wine at $10, but a Parker 90 as printed on the back label is a real stretch. This is a 85% syrah/15%...

A very nice priced wine with lots of flavor to enjoy with grilled meats. Not bad wine to sip on its own.

Blackberry, coffee, spices, and tobacco on the nose. It has softening tannins, plenty of fruit, is medium-to-full bodied, and will last for about another 3 years.

A blend of Grenache and Syrah so what's in the glass is a quite fruity in a dark plum kind of way with some sweeter overtones of vanilla and liquorice. The fuller body of the wine gets tempered with soft tannins from the Syrah. Overall it's an easy drinking bottle with not such a long finish of dark fruit and leather.
