Fifty percent of the 2008 Sauvignon Blanc Petit Reserva was aged in seasoned oak, the balance in stainless steel. Medium straw-colored, the nose displays a touch of oak, fresh herbs, baking spices, and citrus. Creamy textured (from the oak treatment), the wine has excellent concentration, well-integrated oak, good depth, and a fruit-filled finish. Drink it over the next 2-3 years. Drink: 2009-2012.
