This elegant, dry red wine is barrel-aged for seven months in small French Oak Casks. Flavours of black berries blend with field ripe raspberries. Hints of cedar and light smoky tannins combine to nicely balance out this continual favourite wine. Food Pairing: Enjoy this wine with richly flavoured beef and game meats, and sharp Canadian cheeses.
