From the plains of Padthaway (neighbour to the famous Coonawarra), this non-vintage sparkler is predominantly 3 year old Shiraz, aged in old French oak barrels, blended with a touch of younger vintage Shiraz to bring ripe juicy varietal characters to the wine. The deep crimson colour will get your customers talking, and the surprising soft, creamy, cherry, chocolate and spice finish will keep them coming back.

Fruity and light, this is the best sparkling Shiraz I've had in a while. Strawberries, cherries and pepper on the nose with an subtle, earthy undertone give way to a fizzy, balanced finish of more vibrant fruit and sweet spices.
