Citrusy and acidic. Probably a zero for the sugar code. Ontario and Germany produce much better Riesling/Gewurztraminer blends.
Fresh and crisp, but very, very light. No suited for those that yearn a richer wine. Best paired with light fare with little spice as this wine will easily become overpowered with more savory dishes. Mistakenly had it with some spicy tai and it tasted just short of water.
