Powerful aromas of blackberry, vanilla and blueberry. Full-bodied, with a solid core of fruit, supervelvety tannins and a rich, fruity finish. Very complex on the finish, with berry, toasty oak and chocolate. Sangiovese, Petit Verdot and Merlot. Best after 2011. 1,000 cases made. –JS
