A red blend of 75% Foch, 15% Leon Millot and 10% Luci Kuhlmann elevated with dried grapes in a dry Ripasso-style. Grape drying is an old traditional European method to enhance wine quality and adds richness to the blend. Aged for 16 months in premium American oak barrels. Displays berry, chocolate, coffee and toasted oak aromas with soft tannins that can be enjoyed with many roasted and barbecued dishes.
