From granitic sites around Malleval and Saint-Désirat, the 2015 Saint Joseph l'Arzelle is a terrific effort. This medium to full-bodied wine boasts bushels of blueberries, touches of pepper and licorice, a creamy-supple texture and a long, silky finish. It should have a wide window of drinkability.
