Medium green-yellow. The nose gives the impression of fully ripe apricot drizzled with honey and spiced with anise and caraway. Powerful and highly concentrated, with opulent fruit flavors of passion fruit and grapefruit leavened by the cool, minerally Steinriegl character. A firm spine of acid contributes further to the piquant, appetizing quality of this superb riesling.
