Pinot blanc is a mild variety, closest to chardonnay, although Konzelmann gives it a Germanic twist with moderate sweetness. Sulphur on the nose, but ripe apple and buttery aromas shine through. It’s soft and easy-drinking.

Quite possibly the nicest semi-dry Ontario Pinot Blanc I've tasted in a very long time.
