Cattail Creek Estate Winery
The Dyck family only began making wine in 2006, but with over 90 hectares of mature vineyard in the Four Mile Creek appellation, these growers can pick and bottle their best. Recent releases by winemaker Colin Ferguson show a bright, clean style in a wide range of award-winning whites, red and dessert wines. He is becoming known for small batch, experimental wines with a bit of specialty in Riesling and other aromatic whites. Reds are focused on Gamay Noir, Pinot Noir and the Bordeaux varieties from vines on the property. A visit to the winery is the best way to taste their portfolio of wines.
