Collecting a variety of red wines for my cellar, most noteably a 2007 Sassicaia.

By no means am I a connoisseur, therefore I wont try to justify why I give a wine a certain rating, but I do enjoy trying new wines that are getting great reviews and hopefully in time, with practice and patience I will become a Sommelier! =)

My preferred grapes are a good Chianti, an Old World Syrah from Rhone, New World Shiraz from Australia, Pinot Noir from California and an Argentinian Malbec. Favourite Terroir: Bordeaux and Bolgheri.
