Red WIne in Cozumel Mexico

I know this is a long shot but…

I am looking for this amazing bottle of red wine servered with dinner at the Melia, Cozumel resort. I don’t know what is it called but I asked one of the servers and all he said was “Marbella”. The wine was given with all the meals so I don’t think it was really expensive.

If anyone has been to the Melia Cozumel resort and knows a wine that tastes like it
